We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, ensuring your Daniel Wellington timepiece or accessory meets your expectations in pristine, unworn condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all protective stickers and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Daniel Wellington box and include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
